For Success Based Packages, please clearly indicate client name, pro-rated salary, success date and detailed calculation; For Hourly Service, please indicate client name, session date and hourly rate.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">2) If the invoice is from an incorporated entity, please include your HST number and separate your HST amount as a separate line item on the invoice.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">3) Please separate your invoice and your expense into different emails.
